Conceived, Designed, Coordinated and Executed immersive fan experience for Karol G’s USA stadium tour

Our team designed, fabricated and coordinated an unforgettable fan experience during Karol G’s USA stadium tour. With five art-inspired photo booths that traveled to every stadium show, capturing the essence of her tour and new album, fans had the chance to create lasting memories. Some lucky fans even got to enjoy a digital photo booth experience, capturing automatic photos and videos. Plus, we seized the opportunity to build a massive email database from fans nationwide.

We also hosted the end-of-tour crew party for Karol G’s team and celebrated the sold-out tour in style. Inspired by old-school fairs and to promote the next show in Medellin, we provided popcorn, cotton candy, hot dog carts, customized balloons, string lights, and other magical touches to make it a truly special night for everyone involved.
